Brandsmall.com has horrible customer service and lied to me about about instock position on inventory.
I ordered 3 items from them (cookware) and received an confirmation email stating that all 3 were in stock and would be shipping. To me, instock means in the warehouse and available to ship. I waited a few days and emailed customer service for tracking information. Never got a response.
I emailed again, 3 times for same info, and never got any reply. I emailed again and told them to cancel the item if they weren't already in transit. Not a word back from them.
I fianlly called after 2.5 weeks of silence, and was told that the items were not in stock, but would be shipping from the manufacturer today. I wasn't offered any kind of apology, explanation or compensation for my trouble. I will never do business with them again.
