On December 3, 2003 I filed my first Congressional against SAXON Mortgage Services, 4708 Mercantile Drive North, Fort Worth, TX 76137-3605, (817) 665-7200, fax (817) 665-7400, 8018,7924,7847 and 7631.

 

At the time they denied my husband who has been in a deployed since the beginning of last year the Soldier Sailor Relief Act. Finally a letter date 1/14/2004 was sent to me granting the Soldier Sailor Relief Act back to us with an effective date of 10/1/2003. The other day I called SAXON to inform them of the letter they sent me and a supervisor told her employee Jackie to tell me that I had to request in writing the overpayment of monies that I sent them from October 2003 to present and that they will review my letter and decide if they will send me a refund. Since January 22, 2004 I have been requesting a payoff because I am due to go on orders soon and my husband still has not returned and I am doing my soldierly duties of trying to get my finances in order before I leave. I am unable to do so because SAXON has sent me many payoffs and they are all incorrect. They have been promising the correct payoff since last week and Sir I still have not received it. Also, they have approximately $1,400.00 of my money sitting in a holding account because they claim that they don’t know what to do with it. Sir, this is my overpayment that I have paid them due to the effective date of the Soldier Sailor Relief Act and they still have not sent it back to me. We have two young children and one parent gone to WAR is difficult and now I am going on orders and SAXON has treated us so terrible during these times. I have documented everything and I want them to give me the correct pay off as of 2-15-2004 and to send me my money back that I have overpaid due to the Soldier Sailor Relief Act. I have faxed them over four letters and spoke with them almost everyday since last Thursday trying to resolve these issues and they are not doing right by us. Once again, I feel this is an injustice to the soldier serving this country. SAXON clearly does not support our military personnel of this country. Sir I am requesting that you help us solve these problems with SAXON who has given us so many problems in a short amount of time. A supervisor at SAXON denied me the Soldier Salior Relief ACT and I had to fight for it for the Last 3 months.

SAXON MTG does not support TROOPS.
