Dell - Dell Financial Services - won't stop calling - dunning money from wrong person

Dell Financial Services uses unethical and un-American collection practices which includes harassing phone calls at all times of the day or night and once they have a phone number on you they relentlessly call you. Their call center is staffed by non-American foreigner who use names like "AL SMITH" or Sylivia Woods" ect.

It is impossible to deal with these people.

I do not own a Dell computer and never will, however someone who must owe them money gave them my phone number and they will not stop calling me on Sunday mornings. Beyond this when I do get through to them, they always promise to remove my number from the list. All lies as the always call again!!

Warning don't Finance your computer with Dell Financial as all of the stories I've read (Here included) is that when they harass you, their system is "Broken" and fool proof against the honest people trying to get off the ride of deception they have constructed.
