While advertising incredibly cheap CD's for sale, you then recieve a bill with a $20 shipping and handling charge. I mailed the product back, standard delivery which is how I received it, and it cost $1.84 to send.

The do say there will be a shipping and handling charge in their membership paperwork, but they don't say how much. That gives them the ability to advertise the CD's cheaper, then shift the product cost to "shipping and handling". This is not borderline deception. It is outright fraudulent advertising.
