Cingular Wireless, Hot Springs, AR - phone service quality became very bad - was only offered to spend more money on upgrade

Our phone service had become so bad recently that the service was no longer of any use. I went to the Cingular store here in Hot Springs, Arkansas and a very lady with a ceshire cat smile told me "she felt my pain" but the company was changing from (GAIT) to (GSM) (?) (?) (?).

She could "offer" (sell) an upgrade, but nothing else. I was told to go to a phone and call Cingular and they would tell me the same thing. I managed to find the manager and I asked why did they sell phones on a two year contract with no reliable service during the last year.

The lady did replace the phones, but it was not a pleasant experience.
