It has been more than 3 months after requested to get the $100 refund of security deposit. The customer service blamed their computer system and accounting processing. It has been a frustration experience by calling them every other weeks since September 2003. Still don't see the $100 check to date. No one has taken the responsibility for the delay in SMUD. Even worse is the management team. There is no way to get to the upper level manager. I called the office of board of directors, they took my phone number and never heard from them again. I called the company main line, waited for speaking to manager.
Either got blocked by the service representatives or ignored after taking a note. The only manager I got a chance to talk was Ms Green (this afternoon, 1/27/04). She asked me if I have the record of talking to the customer services. When I replied that she should have all the record on her screen, she put me on-hold saying she needed to read the record. The line then went dead.... Mason L
