I don't know about you guys but I hate going to Abercrombie & Fitch and buying a tee-shirt for around $25.00, getting home and there being holes where the sensors used to be. I wrote them this complaint letter, please read it and write them if you have the same problem. Hopefully they will fix the problem, and we can get a product worth our money.
Dear Clothing Quality Manager, I am writing to you to complain of the poor quality of clothing I have recently purchased at the Abercrombie and Fitch store in Tallahassee, Fl. I spent the day in search of cute and trendy clothes with a name (brand) I thought I could depend on. Upon bringing home my purchases, I soon discovered that two of my new items had holes where the sensors had previously been. As you can imagine, the discovery of any kind of defect on a new item is disappointing. As disappointing as this was, it was an even larger hassle to have to trudge back to the crowded mall in order to exchange my purchases. After going through this incident I began to question the Abercrombie and Fitch brand in general. I consider myself a person of significant brand loyalty, however, I have a certain level of expectation when it comes to the quality and durability of the things I purchase. Abercrombie and Fitch is a prominent and noteworthy name brand but I was letdown and shocked by the simple fact that the brand representatives of the store couldnt even properly use the sensors meant to stop thieves, not hassle respectable customers.
The Abercrombie image promotes high quality fashion but I was discouraged after noting that the material of the items I had bought couldnt even withstand the store sensors. A better security measure should be devised or more durable materials should be used in the clothing. I like the image and style of your stores, but I expect to receive a first class product when I walk out of the store. In the future, I will think twice before heading for your store first. My first priority always is that I want to get what I pay for and nothing less. Kara M
