Hi,

Virgin Mobile says it has a $20 minimum but when setting up the auto top-up feature they only offer a $30 or a $50 option.

Customer service says that the $20 minimum does not apply to their auto top-up feature. And ofcourse one only finds out about this when you have their phone in hand and are going through the web set-up process. This is a very dishonest practice.
