US Bank/Internet Banking On 1/21/04, with several hundred dollars in my account, US Bank assessed me with 6 seperate $31.00 overdraft fees since I had somehow ran afoul of their "insufficient funds" policy. Several well-meaning customer service drones attempted to explain my total misunderstanding of their policies. I requested a transfer to a manager; after a four minute wait, "Jen" came on the line and again informed me of my stupidity.
Well, I'll try the local branch tomorrow. If no luck, then I'm off to another bank.
