I've just been looking at my bank statement. I see AOL charges that I don't understand.
I guess I have to be very careful what I say on the phone to you people.
I've just discovered that I've be charged a check fee for four years even though I asked to be debited from my credit card. Ben was trying to help me and told me I could speak to Jerry, his supervisor who should have come right on the line. I've been on hold. No Jerry.

Jerry has choosen to ignore my call. He's not even had the courtesy to tell me he'll be right with me.
