I've just been looking at my bank statement. I see AOL charges that I don't understand.

 

I guess I have to be very careful what I say on the phone to you people.

 

I've just discovered that I've be charged a check fee for four years even though I asked to be debited from my credit card. Ben was trying to help me and told me I could speak to Jerry, his supervisor who should have come right on the line. I've been on hold. No Jerry.

 

What a deceitful company you are!!!!!!!

 

You are liars!!!!!!!

 

I have be overcharged $240 over the last four years!!!!

 

 

Jerry has choosen to ignore my call. He's not even had the courtesy to tell me he'll be right with me.

 

I have waisted over one hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The only reason I keep AOL is my daughter!!!!!

 

I would love to dump you guys!!!!!!!

 

I expect a $240 refund!!!!!!
