Unhappy customer

To whom it may concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to voice a complaint against your self-checkout fast lane. I found it to be very stressful, and basically, not consumer friendly.

My experience was so stressful, that I will call a nearby Walmart Store and ask if they have real-live people helping people. I bagged my own groceries, scanned them, but the most unpleasant experience was having to look for my cans of food (4 small cans) that fell out as I picked up the bag that bottomed out!

That was very embarrasing, not to mention the fact that luckily it was early in the morning and I didn't have to worry about my purse being stolen while I was busy gathering my cans around the store! I didn't even mention the fact that I was so busy scanning and bagging my groceries, that upon arriving at home, I found that I had placed bread at the bottom of the bag!

My loss was bigger than my savings from having shopped at Walmart that day! What a nightmare. The scanners are quite confusing and definitely frustrating. Having one person for every 4 self checkouts is definitely not a good idea. While saving on people's salaries, it is not good for Walmart theft and customer security.

Very unhappy customer in Albuquerque, NM

So how is your mistakes the fault of Walmart?? I find it hard to believe there was not one manned checkout line open..there is usually at least 2 open..my guess is you just didn't want to stand in line..as for the mistakes that was your fault everyone knows you are suppose to double bag when the order is heavy..hint: cans are heavy!..Also you placed the bread on the bottom so that was your stupidity..and just how are the scanners confusing? All you have to do is look for the price sticker and run it across the scanner, how hard is that?? and if there isn't one then look for the upc sticker.. I bet you have a cook and a maid don't you??
