1999 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN

I bought a 1999 Suburban right off the show room floor. I thought I had the best of the best. Don't be fooled. Like a rock my butt!!! I have had nothing but problems from the start. Just to name a few. I have had to replace the brakes, rotors, calipers 5 times, water pump, starter, alternator, tail light assembly, wiper motors, and now finally, at 55,000 miles, the transmission. It is amazing, you get a warranty, and they don't want to do the repairs. Then your warranty runs out and they say "you need all these repairs".

I have had no satisfaction with the Chevy dealers, service people, or the customer service staff. I would like to know if anyone can tell me if I have any recourse with this company. I think they should have to buy back this crappy vehicle even if they were able to baffle me with their stall tactics. Now they claim too many miles and too much time has elapsed for them to do anything.

They are the ones that kept telling me to wait. Now I see why. If anyone else is having problems, keep fighting, keep bugging them. They are only trying to stall you until they don't have to take any action. To think that a $40,000 dollar vehicle would require all of these repairs in 4 years is ridiculous. Thanks for listening. Derek Harrison
