AT&T monthly charge complaint

 

To whom it may concern: I am currently subscribed to Verizon’s local phone call services and AT&T’s long distance phone call services.

 

Starting from the beginning of 2004, AT&T charged me a $5 monthly fee without any prior notification. I called AT&T’s customer service and I was told that the new monthly charge notification was sent in the mail. However, I never received it. AT&T refused to refund the $5 monthly fee. I think it is unfair for AT&T to charge a fee to its customers without making sure its customers have received the notification and are aware of the charges
