Comcast - customer service phone number beginning with 214 - phone not being answered

AT&T or Comcast cable as they are now called has a phone number for customer service in the phonebook beginning with the area code is 214, well... no one ever answers that phone so people change the area code, thinking it's wrong in the book, and dial the other area code here, which is 972. I get calls at all hours from angry people trying to get their service fixed! It's driving me nuts!

They need to either hire me to do there customer service, put an automated message on the 214 line giving the correct number, or have someone actually answer the phone at the 214 number.

I hope there is something you can do about this. I posted this same compliant about a year ago and the calls stopped for a long time. I hope it works again.
