MY NAME IS J P LEWIS AND I LIVE IN SIERRA VISTA ARIZONA. I HAVE A DILLEMA WITH A LOCAL JEWELRY STORE. I BOUGHT A 2,900 DOLLAR BRACELET FOR A DISCOUNTED PRICE OF A NEGOTIATED TAX FREE, AMOUNT OF 700 DOLLARS.
I PAID CASH. DUE TO MARITAL REASONS, I NO LONGER WAS IN NEED OF THE BRACELET TWO DAYS LATER AND WAS TOLD TO SIMPLY RETURN IT. NOW I AM WITHOUT THE BRACELET AND MY MONEY. HOW THE HELL CAN A STORE TAKE IN CASH PAYMENT AND UPON A RETURN THEY DONT GIVE CASH BACK
