FED EX. My complaint is against Fed Ex and any idiot that uses their services.

Reference tracking number 016757410753538. Jan 7 my package was in Ft Wayne, In Jan 8 departed Toledo Oh, Jan 9 it was in Kansas City, Ks, Jan 13 on Fed Ex truck for delivery. Jan 15, unable to locate address. On my front door there is a Fed Ex sticker No. 6986689.

It has been there for years, Jan 16 unable to locate address. I have called the Fed Ex Rep for three days and his reply was, "It will be delivered today" Ha.

It is now the 17th and I haven't seen it yet. Fisher Price, you should reconsider who you use for your shipping. Ref. invoice number 17666001 Purchase order 3168
