I wish I found your sight prior to my purchase. I purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress for my daughter's new apartment paying $1500 for it and being told also that it is the Cadillac of mattress.
My daughter received it on September 20th and today January 14, it is caving in on each side and the center of the mattress is raised and hard as a rock. My daughter weighs 110 pounds, has used the mattress 3 months and already has this problem. I am now playing the inspection game with them. Where can I bring my complaint?
