US BANK STINKS

Several Years ago We had gotten a line of credit in the amount of 25,000.00 I have made the payment of 244.01 each and every month on the due date or before and not once missed a payment.

2 years ago we had a tragedy occur, we needed to file Chapter7. We converted this line of credit to a loan with interest and principal repayment. Once we REAFFIRMED this loan with US Bank's agreement we filed chapter 7. They have made our lives hell since. They immediately took away our checking account which had our auto payment attached to it, without notifying us on this action.

To make a long story short they had not taken the money out for 1 payment when things changed. I keep an eye on my money and within a day or so I noticed that my account was closed and my payment was not taken out prior. I went directly to the local bank, they were no help on clearing the matter up, I had to make these people take my check for the payment and give me a receipt. They could not even find the account number, BECAUSE US Bank changed the number and again without telling us. This has been going on for almost 3 years now same thing every month.

I have went through our Bankruptcy Attorney and It supposedly was straightened out when he threatened action. I am trying to refinance to get the lower interest, well guess what, US Bank is showing that I have been late, missed payments, etc., yet on my credit report they show that there is a 0 balance on this account! I called for the millionth time trying to get some answers no one will give you an extension to call them back they just keep giving you to someone else. I even spoke to the CEO and he assured me he would straighten it all out WRONG.

Today I find out that not only did they not correct the problem, they have not posted for almost 3 years any money I have paid to the interest and are charging me $75.00 per month to this account for a non payment (which I have a receipt of) now the balance for pay off on this account is well over 29,000.00 after paying 3 years on this account. Needless to say I am boiling mad and seem to be getting no where. I there is any one out there that can help guide me to an affiliation to go after US Bank I would be grateful. I am considering going Chapter 13 and letting them end up with no money, no home because the 1st mortgage would have it. I don't want to do this but I am at my witts end.
