This is in regard to the AOL net market. I called in the beginning of November 2003 to cancel my free trial offer. But apparently I was still billed. I called to cancel again and get a refund, since I do not have any use for this service. I was told I would be refunded.

Well I called again in December because I still did not see my refund, which in Novevmer, I was told would take 10-15 days to get. It is now January 15, 2004 and I still have not refund. I am going to contact them again today, to see what story I am given now. I would appreciate any help you could provide.
