Bigzoo

I opened an account with Bigzoo. However, after a few months of terrible service and repeated assurances from BigZoo customer service of rectification of the problem, I decided to terminate the service. Bigzoo terminated my account but will not refund the money that was left in my account.

In my opinion Bigzoo is a BigScam. They never intend to provide good service or any service. Instead they want people to open an account (minimum of $10). When people realize that the service is terrible they are free to terminate the account and Bigzoo pockets the money left in the account.
