Tarkett Flooring Disaster
About 2 years ago I had purchased Tarkett laminate flooring which was professionally installed by a Tarkett certified installer. Almost right away the flooring seams started to buckle and separate on just about every seam in the floor. The installer Buy Right flooring is no longer in business.
The flooring manufacturer will only tell me that they do not warranty "water damage". The problem is that the manufacturer has never looked at the flooring, and there has never been any large amounts of water on the floor. For some reason site un-seen the manufacturer has determined that we have water damage? I would recommend avoiding Tarkett Flooring at all costs if you are looking for a quality flooring?
By the way my flooring has a life time warranty, I guess unless you actually try to use it???
Sincerely, ripped off.
