I just checked b/m link and it says my rebate is invalid because it was not purchased within the correct dates???? I purchased the item 11/11/03 and a sales rep filled out the form. Fred Brant store #1614... Then why was it offered to me when I purchased the item ??? If that was the case I would have taken the 0% financing that was also offered to me at the time.. This is ludacris.
I am a premier card holder and not to mention all 3 appliances I received where damaged!!! If you look at my account history you will see.. Why would you offer me this rebate if it was not within the dates!!!! Please advise what course of action sears is going to take to rectify this situation. As I am not particulary satisfied w/ sears at the present time and am going to defer my other purchases until I hear from you. rgds Frank DeFranco
