Reliance - the biggest disaster

I have subscribed to reliance kar lo duniya muthi mein cell phone connection and ever since they have changed my duniya. to sum it all, this phone just doesn't works. sms reaches not less than 2-3 hrs late. i receive messages 4:00 in the morning that were send in the evening, only to prompt me to switch off my cell in night. i try calling other relaince subscribers only to get the message, "I AM SORRY YOUR CALL COULD NOT COMPLETED DUE TO CONGESTION IN SOME OTHER NETWORK" that sets me wondering whose network are they using. most of the time, it says "I AM SORRY. YOUR CALL COULD NOT BE COMPLETED" and then the Internet is so slow, i really wonder why do they cheat people by saying its more than 70kbps as i have never got more that 4-5 kbps download speed and that too in night. you call up customer care only to hear a pleasant voice "I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM SIR", if they are so understanding then what are they doing at that call centre, listening to the frustrations of the people. the list is endless. i and think i have been tricked into this pioneer club membership, from where i cannot exit without paying a good amount. Its like a club that subscribes you for a swimming pool, and once you are a member you discover there is no water in the pool, but then what can you so, you still have to be a club member. I hope some how this complain can reach the right ears. Akshay Tripathi
