Dear sir, This is reference to your money back scheme security deposite vide receipt no. E/00019896 and appln. no G106304 dated 28.05.1998 for the maturity of the said certificate of Rs. 8990.00 (matured amount). In this regard i wish to inform you that i have already sent you letter through courier vide docket no. D04106635 dtd. 06.06.2003, and reminder vide docket no. Z03405404 dtd. 26.09.2003 along with the copy of said certificate on your Mumbai address.

I have also received the POD of the said courier reciept .But till today I have not received even a single response from your side. So, let us know what is the exact matter. Treet the matter seriously and revert back as soon as possible.

Please tell me what i have to do of the said certificate (in original).
