I'm SO glad that I saw this site! I was actually looking for a way to contact and find out about the company who charged my credit card $79.95 w/out my approval and, I see that I am actually not alone! They are CIC Credit Monitor Service. Instead of so-called helping my credit, they are contributing to RUINING it by charging this amount that I gave NO approval over and absolutely did not expect!

Contacted my bank immediately and informed them of the situation and, thank GOD it was credited back to my account and they are on top of it as I type. If necessary, would have and WILL access the legal help that I have available and if ANYONE needs information on how to get that help for themselves or someone they know, I will be more than happy to provide them with the information, also. Just e-mail me (at Email User). Enough with the injustice.
