Your employees are doing a great job of reducing defective returns and customer loyalty.

Gold toe brands socks, got a pack of 3 for Christmas and the heel tore out of the one sock the 1st time I wore it. So I figured that's a fluke, the next pair got a hole in the heel too. So I figure this is a pack of crappy socks from a discount store. So instead of throwing them away, I'd do Target a favor and return them so they can notify the vendor.

My mistake, I returned to the Walker Mi. store where they listened nicely and told me we can not take them back/refund money because I did not have all three pairs in the bag.

Now I'm wasting more time writing to you, please lookup customer service in you corporate manual if you can find it in there.
