Symantec Norton Internet Security

Symantec is the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in years. The product that I purchased, Norton Internet Security 2003 for home or small business, has been flaky and frustrating.

When I email or call for help, I get no help, no response, or worse, a rude customer service representative that hangs up on me. I couldn't possibly recommend their products as they have offered no support to me and I don't feel that they deserve my business.

I've been trying to get an intelligent response from Symantec for over a month now, regarding their dysfunctional software, but they have refused to help. Please don't support Symantec. Terribly disappointed,
