I cancelled my membership on the renewal date of 1/26/04. At this time the company had already renewed the membership for a month.

To date they are refusing to refund the $39.95 simply based on what they claim to be their membership policy. I feel that this is extremely unfair to me as a consumer.

I cancelled my eharmony membership online the day before it was to be renewed and they said it had already been renewed for the next day! For five days prior, I kept getting the recording on their telephone line, telling me to call back again and again. I won't have access to a computer for the next charged period.

NEWS FLASH: eharmony does everything they can to subvert your cancellation.
