On January 2004 I tried to purchase a DELL home computer. I called Saturday to find out about how much it was going to be towards my account, but in return I got lied to about when the MONEY was coming out of my account.
So in return I got an insufficient fund towards my account. When I then tried to get that resolve customer care associate Mark did not want to return my MONEY.
After being lied to by a DELL associate I then got the run around about my MONEY. So when I then wanted to cancel my order with DELL it had to take 2-10 working days, after they to the MONEY out of my account once I hung up the phone.
It is now February 3, 2004, and I have yet received my MONEY, nor an apologia from anyone about the mix up. Instead I got no return of my MONEY nor any merchandise.
