RE: Atlantic Circulation, Inc. Lancaster, PA I paid for but never received my magazine order on November 17, 2003.

I would like to post a complaint against Atlantic Circulation Inc. I placed an order for a subscription to Glamour, Hot Rod & Disney Magazines from a young man who said he was in a contest to sell subscriptions to win a trip to Europe.

He took my check for $88.00 and I was told my subscription would arrive in 6-10 weeks. I have attempted to call but I have never got through to anyone. Where can I make a compaint to?
