Meier and Frank - purchased Enterainment center - boat drive ruined by delivery truck

We recently purchased an Entertainment Center. The sale offered free delivery. The delivery young men arrived at 2:30. Immediately getting the truck stuck in the boat drive where they had no reason to be in the first place.

They called their tow truck, it got stuck. They called another tow truck, it got stuck. They called a 3rd tow truck. That truck took control of the situation.

At 5:30 I had the unit in my home. In the meantime, they boat drive was totally ruined. Mud, gravel, deep holes, gullies..had been pushed into the area. The trucking delivery service for Mier and Frank said they would be out to take pictures and rectify the problem.

I have been blown off 2 times and called this a.m./ only to find out the trucking company no longer delivers for Mier and Frank..gee wonder why..now to see if Mier and Frank will make good on the new gravel. Sally
