MCI Unhappy ans no longer customer
Our business switched to MCI over 3 months ago and what sounded like a great deal has turned out not to be.
Three months have gone by and not a single bill has been sent to our company so I called to inquire about a bill, needless to say the representative I called said I had an outstanding balance and i then asked her if it is MCI policy that customers should guess at what they owe or could they send me a bill?
I no sooner hung up the phone and tried to make a long distance call and i had been shut off. I called back to inquire why I had been terminated and they told me that i hadnt paid my bill. People this is lack of managment and If that is the way they run this company I want no part of it. The headaches you go through with them is not worth the savings they claim MCI offers.
I still do not know if i saved anything because that would take a phone bill and i dont have one yet!!!! My one and only question is this how is it that they can put you on hold for 45 minutes but they will call non stop every day every hour of the day but noone ever can answer your questions when they call.
