AOL NETMARKET Fraud

I was charged $79.99 in my credit card account without any authorization from my part. I called and they said ok you are going to get your refund.

I just called today, ten days later, and my credit still had not been posted. I contacted AOL netmarket (1-877-209-0226) and they asked me for my conformation number. Of coure that was a trap because I was not provided with one the first time I called.

Now they say that it will take from 10-15 days to get my credit of $39.99!!!! I am furious because thay are trying to steal $40.00 hard-earned dollar because according to them I have used the subscription for 10 days....

these 10 days are the 10 days that I have been waiting for my refund since the first call. If you have a similar case please report it to the better business bureau http://www.bbb.org and to consumer affairs of nyc or your state http://www.ci.nyc.ny.us/html/dca/home.html

Something has to be done about this and the only way to do it is if we all contribute to the cause.
