I have been calling 1 562) 422-0614 after getting the Big Zoo Message letting me know how much $/time is left on my account.
After I start talking with the person who picks up the line, the discussion is terminated with the message requesting me to add the number 1 - 562/422 as if I were beginning again. I would appreciate your assistance in overcoming this problem. Right now, Big Zoo is not functioning.
