I booked a car through onetravel and was sent the confirmation reservation number I was told not to reply to the email and to print up the form and take it to the car rental company in scotland.

 

When I called for directions I was then informed by a service rep named Mya that I did not have a car and a reservation confirmation was never sent out,she could not help me when I asked to speak to the manager I was told one was not available and that she would leave him my number to call me.

 

I called back 5 times over the course of the day and was told that they didn't close until 7:00pm they closed earlier and had sucessfully shuffled me to the end of the day.I called the following morning and asked to speak to a manager and was again refused my request and eventually hung up on.I called back and got another serv rep and was told that my request the previous day had not been put in.

 

On the third day I called I was told that it was MY fault I didn't have a car and that there was nothing they were going to do to rectify the situation and was refused my request to speak to a manager for the third day in a row.On top of it while on the phone with another rep I overheard her calling me names and abusing other customers in the same fashion.
