I recently spent $95 for a 1 year webhosting/domain from Global Internet Solutions, www.gisol.com After reading the advertisement webpage, I was glad to see 24 hour support, 7 days a week and most happy to see the "Money back guarantee".

Well after signing up, I recived an email (automated) that had my ID and password. Well I had trouble logging in so I called the 888 number and it was busy for hours. The next day I tried again, still busy (even at 5 am EST).

I used the local number in california, toll call for me and I was auto-driven until I recived music for over 45 minutes, on my cost! They have a return call option so I left my name and number and never received a call back.

I sent numerous emails and no response. I finally cancelled by order on line and received another automated response saying that I would receive a refund of $54 only.

This would be paid only after management approval.
