My name is Kathy Cooper. I live in Chillicothe, Ohio. Rite Rug came into our home and installed Congoleum flooring in our kitchen. The installer made a mistake and did a patch job in front of a heavy traffic area. Couple of months it started to come up off of floor.

The Chillicothe Rite Rug is aware of the mistake but the home office in Columubs is hending or dragging their feet. All I want is the floor fix before the Holidays. Is this too much to ask????
