AOL Netmarketing
I was charged $79.99 by AOL Netmarketing debiting my bank account for some subscription I NEVER agreed to. Upon calling Netmarketing I was told that I had and that it was a renewal of my subscription.
My response was that I had never subscribed to anything and I was told that I did it over my computer back in 2001. I never did this. The representative continued to interrupt me and sell me on their products.
I continued to announce that I wanted this amount off my bank account immediately. She continued to try to push the products and agreed that the amount would be removed within 15 days and still pushed products. I finally received a confirmation number that the amount would be removed. Robert W
