We ship thousands of orders each month. 99% of our customers are satisfied with our products and service. Naturally, we cannot please everybody! This customer was issued a full refund for the backordered products. In fact, she had a refund issued to her card by us a few weeks before she even realized that she had been issued a refund. Karen

To Karen who will not answer my emails, but she seems to answer all the complaints here with the same catch phrase to protect herself - I ordered some of my favorite Valentine's candy that I cannot find anywhere else, but like the rest of the stories from this site, it has never been delivered. Several emails and dead-end phone numbers later, I am fed up.

Had a promise to deliver, overnight, in fact, when she returned from a candy show in "Europe". Fell for it at first, but after reading all the complaints here, me thinks it was just another scam and "promise" to

deliver. Whatever happened to customer service? So, unfortunately, I had to stop payment on my credit card (thankfully, I have a great credit card) and I am to go without my favorite candy. :( If anyone knows where I can find Brach's Tart and Tangy Conversation Hearts, I would be most grateful. I am sure Karen will respond to this email with the same canned email. But I hope some person looking up ebulkcandy (and actually doing their research, which apparently you have to do in this day of poor customer service) will be saved from the stress we have all had with them! I have to say this though, the people who have written in to complain about ebulkcandy represent only a small portion of the people who have had a bad experience with them, so how can 99% of their customers be happy?
