AOL - unable to understand technical support representative located in India

AOL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Problem: AOL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN INDIA! I had a problem logging on to AOL and called them. I was on musical hold 10 minutes before the phone was picked up in where? INDIA! I couldn't understand a word the woman said. She had to spell out all her answers.

To top it off, she gave me bad advice and messed up my computer and it took a computer geek friend of mine to fix it! Now that I know that "Tech Support" means India, I must consider changing Internet Services.
