Charges for AOL Credit Alert & Netmarket
February 11, 2003 I checked my account today and noticed there were two charges for $79.99 each, for AOL Credit alert, and Net market, which I have no business going on with these two companies. I had never ordered nor requested anything from AOL regarding Credit alert and Net market.
I called AOL and a Representative told me to call 888-289-6318 for credit alert and 888-827-6364 for Netmarket surprisingly, the last number is disconnected. I need help anyone that encountered the same problem, please help me.
This is unacceptable, for this bogus company to charge my debit account without my permission. I still do not have a chance to talk to anyone regarding this matter; I am following up and want a refund of these charges.
