On January 22nd I wrote to Mr Jack Yeager asking him to cancel my application since the program was not fit to foreign users due to differences in eating habits and products available in local stores. I had no answer whatsoever and the program fee was charged in my credit card.

I wrote Mr Yeager again on January 30th asking him again to cancel my application and the credit card charge, but again I had no answer. This morning I wrote to Mr Yeager again and also asked my credit card not to approve the charge. What strikes me the most is that I received an e-mail from Jack Yeager soon after I visited his site for the first time and at that time I was only that: a visitor. That means that Mr Yeager only communicates with this potential clients and soon after they are caught in his trap, he abandons them. It's my right as a consumer to cancel a service I didn't use and that doesn't fit me. Being unable to contact Jack Yeager to solve this problem, I count on you to help me.
