I went to Bagel Works Saturday Feb-7,2004 about 8:15am wanted to take out some breakfast. I looked at the menu and saw their prices but I figured maybe they would accommodate me in my request.

My choice was to purchase 2 eggs with a bagel and butter. I asked the attendant at the counter he then preceded to ask the other (older worker-unfortunately he had no name tag) person at the counter about my request.

The older man emphatically replied NO! I was so embarrassed. I was willing to pay for this but his attitude was the worst I have ever seen and of course it started my blood boiling. I must tell you this kind of request is really not difficult I mean I'm not asking for something so specific. I am on a limited food plan and I cannot eat what they were trying to give me (3 eggs with home fries, and a bagel).

I dont think this is unreasonable there are many many people who cannot eat all that for breakfast and I think it really is a shame for them not to accommodate me and treat me the way they did. I think a company like yours should be notified. I sincerely hope someone in your company will visit them someday and try another request and see what happens to them the way it happened to me.

I also hope you will reply that you have not only received this email but will visit that establishment.
