My Name is Serina. I ordered from Amazon.com because I thought they were trustworthy. Turns out I was wrong.

I ordered 3 items for my job that needed to be here the following Monday. True I ordered it Friday that is why I hunted down their customer help number. (If anyone needs it, it is: 800-201-7575 Call them, note that they do not provide it on their site but you must call their legal department.) I talked to a very helpful young man. I explained the urgency of my situation.

He seemed very concerned and explained that they couldn't guarantee it arriving by Monday, but yes I would receive it by Tuesday. Okay.

One day, I can get by with that. Turns out ground shipping was the only available option. And ground is at least 3 days. People this was items for snow removal! Snow melts, hello? So anyway I call Monday to verify that yes, it was sent out and proceed to get the run around. Noone knows anything and noone wants to know anything.

Well, I am totally disgusted with false advertising and false promises. I would like to lodge a formal complaint.

Please let me know if this possible.
