AcerAccess.com is an internet provider - I signed up for internet access through this company. After becoming dissatisfied with the dial up waiting time, I decided to change to another provider.
According to their web site, their billing policy begins the day you sign up. If you wish to cancel your account you will need to do so prior to your monthly billing cycle date to avoid paying for the next month s charges. I cancelled my service on the 14 - 15 of January and my billing date was the 23rd.
On the 23rd they charge my account for another month. I sent an email to the billing department because they do not have a phone number to contact them. To date, they have not responded to my email and I have no way of contacting them via telephone or letter as they give no address or phone number.
I have tried to get a telephone number in New York where the Company is based, and was not able to get one. The only recourse I have is to dispute the charge through my bank. I feel that they should have to list an address and telephone number where they can be contacted when you have a dispute. They don't have to worry about me recommending them, as you cannot get a response when you wish to cancel your service.
