We received a Tredex TX3000 DVD Player 23/01/01. After 6 phone calls and having waited in 2 days for 2 hrs and 1 day for all day we have now contacted Trading Standards, who told us to write to Auction world giving them 5 working days to reply and sort the situation out.

Trading Standards said that if they do nothing they will take the case. It is not funny when you telephone Auction World as it takes at least 10 minutes to get through and they do not know what they are doing.

I have spent at least 3hrs making phone calls to them and wasted hours waiting for the courier to come to collect the parcel, unfortuneately Auction World are just playing games.
