NCO FINANCIAL - rudeness and unprofessionalism

NCO FINANCIAL, LIHUE, KAUAI, HAWAII I'm writing from Hawaii. Our economy hasn't been too great, and I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I don't get any income now like I used to before. So for me to pay my bills is very difficult. I received a call from my mother-in-law stating that a lady called and asked her if she is related to me. My husband changed our phone number and it never dawned on me to notify everyone of the new number because it is unlisted and we didn't want to get more crank calls.

Well, I called the number back which was NCO, and I asked them what right they have to call my in-laws. she stated that she called directory and asked for a listing in my name and the operator said no but listed others. Well no is no. they have no right to call other people with the same last name. that is rude, unprofessional and invasion of privacy.l they are very rude and act like I was running away from my bills. I am not, I just don't have the income right now. But they won't take the time to understand that, they just think because they work for a credit company, they can treat us who are having a difficult time like scum. I'm pretty sure they too have bill collectors calling them, because no one makes enough money in Hawaii to make ends meet.
