Simmons Beautyrest mattress - purchased in 1996 - large indentations in the sleeping areas, despite turning it frequently - warranty claim denied due to "stains"

Yet another warranty complaint against Simmons! I purchased a top of the line Simmons Beautyrest mattress with a 10 year warranty in 1996. It has failed, and has large indentations in the sleeping areas, despite our turning it frequently. Our warranty claim was denied due to "stains" which Simmons claims ALWAYS voids the warranty.
The warranty language doesn't say that, for one, and secondly, the stain has nothing to do with the failure of the mattress.
Anyone else with this type of complaint should go to www.bigclassaction.com and file a complaint. If enough people file their complaints, Simmons will have to take positive action. I won't have another Simmons mattress because of this treatment. I want a full replacement of another brand.
