Hello! I would like to vent about a situation about SONY! My mother purchased a sony handycam for my husband and I for christmas 2003. Ask me if I have had the opportunity to use it yet? Oh, no! She paid over 1,000.00 dollars for this piece of electronic equipment.

Sony went and sold all these new camcorders to everyone, but didn't bother making any of the DVD's to record on to.

I have a camera that is collecting dust. What makes me so angry is that I buy everything that is made by SONY. This may be my last item. It has now been almost two months and I haven't been able to buy any in the store. We called SONY directly and ordered 214.00 (20 DVD-RW for 30 minutes a piece) dollars worth of DVD's at the beginning of January and still haven't gotten in the mail. Talk about bad business. We aren't even talking about a 100.00 camera this is the top of the line in video recorders and people can't even use them.

I am outraged. Right now I feel as though they charged my credit card and stole my money. By the time I get to use my handycam it will be out of date and something newer and better will be out there. Thank you for listening,
