Dear Sir,

I am vinay k barve, working with BHEL.I have purchased one VIDEOCON washing machine model no 69 3 months back through M/s Jai Electronics,he brought me that washing machine from VARANASI.Varanasi is 220 km from my place where I am working.

Since 15 days my machine is not working, I have lodged complaints to M/s Jai Electronics, But he says there is no person to attend the problem,I have to call him from varanasi I will try, you also try,then he will come, so many things he says from last 15 days.I request that Kindly sortout my problem immediately.My machine is under warranty period.Kindly give reply also.My & dealer Address & phone no given blow.
